Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of rationally joining a constitutional member to form an outline shape of a sun visor main body on a sun visor for a vehicle.

SOLUTION: The first and second main body constitutional members 111, 113 are joined to each other and constitute the sun visor main body 103. First welding parts 131, 123 respectively formed on the first and second main body constituting members are made in a contact state to each other and welded by vibration before second welding parts 137, 113a make contact with each other when the first and second main body constitutional members are joined. The first welding parts welded by vibration while making contact with each other are constituted so as to control contact pressure in welding by vibration working on the second welding parts by receiving contact pressure working between the first and second main body constitutional members when the second welding parts are made in the contact state and are welded by vibration as the first welding parts are welded by vibration.
