Abstract
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method for a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush, with which stabilized adhesion may be achieved upon attachment of a rubber bush in which mix polymer of butadiene rubber and natural rubber are used onto a stabilizer bar.SOLUTION: Subsequent to production of a rubber bush comprising no intermediate plate by vulcanizing formation of a rubber composition in which butadiene rubber and natural rubber are used as polymer, heat hardening adhesive agent is applied onto at least one of an inner peripheral surface of the rubber bush and peripheral surfaces of a stabilizer bar to form a heat hardening adhesive agent layer, and the stabilizer bar is inserted into the rubber bush to be fitted. In addition, with a fixation jig, pressurization is carried out so that rubber bush has a compression ratio of less than 5% at 25°C in a direction to the stabilizer bar fitted in the rubber bush, and then it is heated in such the state, so that the heat hardening adhesive agent is hardened and the rubber bush is adhered and fixed onto the stabilizer bar.SELECTED DRAWING: None
