Abstract
To provide a support mechanism by which a user can relatively rock the upper body for the lower body, in the event that the user takes a nap or a break with the lower body flexed.SOLUTION: A support mechanism 20 for supporting a user U who takes a nap or a break in a standing posture includes: a first support part 210 which has an upper facing slope in the vertical direction and which supports a human body from a lower part by coming into contact with one or both of the knee and the lower leg from the front side of the human body; a second support part 220 which supports a human body from a lower part by coming into contact with one or both of the hip and the thigh from the back side of the human body; a third support part 230 which comes into contact with at least any one of the upper extremity, head and upper body of the human body to support the human body from at least one part in the front and rear direction; and a rocking mechanism 90 which rocks the first support part 210 and the second support part 220 for the third support part 230 relatively around the axial periphery of a shaft CL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14A
