Abstract
The present invention relates to a modularized cooling tower and, more specifically, to a modularized cooling tower capable of enabling coolant to be evenly dispersed through an improved cooling tower cooling the coolant and enabling each module to be integrated in response to the scale of a cooling tower in an installation place after each component is manufactured by being modularized. The modularized cooling tower includes: a water tank (100) facing upwards from an installation surface, and storing coolant; a filling material (200) exchanging heat between the coolant and air; a coolant circulation facility (300) including a nozzle (320) spraying the coolant downwards from a pipe (310); an eliminator (400) collecting moisture contained in the condensed air; and a fan (500) discharging the air having gone through the eliminator (400) to the outside. Between the filling material (200) and the water tank (100), the cooling tower additionally includes: an air inlet (600) formed on a lateral side to take outdoor air; and a guide (700) installed in a concave cross-sectional shape in an opening direction of the air inlet (600), and having a lower surface (710) dividing the air flowing upwards into two parts, while having an upper surface (720) guiding the air taken through the air inlet (600) to the center by using a difference in pressure between the inside and the outside. Therefore, the modularized cooling tower is capable of increasing the efficiency of cooling coolant and maximizing convenience in the transportation and installation of a cooling tower as well as productivity.
