FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises main opening arranged between fluid inlet and outlet, main opening main shutoff member to displace between closing and opening positions, and shutoff member actuator. Said shutoff member, in closing position, is located to make increased inlet fluid pressure generate pressure retain shutoff member on closing position. Fluid overflow channel is arranged between said fluid inlet and outlet to be closed by said shutoff member. Said main shutoff member allows releasing from closing position so that actuator does not apply force to main shutoff member to allow fluid overflow by said actuator. Opening force acts on main shutoff device to make said member stay in closing position solely if fluid pressure exceed preset threshold.EFFECT: higher reliability.12 cl, 8 dwg
