Abstract
FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding system for making compartments in cardboard container. Proposed system comprises moving half-die and stationary half-die arranged opposite each other to allow making the container with moulded bottom, walls attached thereto and rim moulded, at least partially, from plastic and attached to wall top edge, all along wall edges. Mould moving half comprises at least core plate and flat compaction frame to displace relative to said core and has compaction surface and surrounds said core. Besides, said half has limiting frame to be arranged between said core and compaction frame. The limiting frame allows making of said rim and displaces relative to both compaction frame and said core. Mould fixed half comprises at least one mould plate with cavity and compaction surface. Moulding system core has at least one lengthwise cutout to divide core or its moulding section in crosswise direction to be extruded into mould cavity. Said cutout faces core end located on mould cavity side to allow moulding the plastic web extending upward from container cardboard bottom if fitted line-on-line with cardboard blank arranged above mould cavity.EFFECT: production of shaped containers with several webs to divide container inner part in two or more sections.6 cl, 12 dwg
