FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: rotor has several rotor disks that are pressed to each other by at leas one clamp bolt. The device has two located in parallel to each other side elements, connected with each other by bridge element, and detachable rotating ring for installation with geometrical closing of the axial section of the installed rotor. On the rotating ring coaxially trunnions are installed, they are supported by side elements with possibility of rotation and intended for the rotation ring rotation around the axis of rotation parallel to the horizontal plane. In the bridge element the disk is installed with possibility of supporting and moved perpendicularly to the horizontal plane, the disk is used for flange thread connection with vertically installed rotor.EFFECT: reliable rotor installation to vertical position and fixation against turnover.15 cl, 4 dwg
