Abstract
A distortive dispensing chip that despite simple structure, enables performing of high-precision dispensing processing; and a relevant distortive dispensing apparatus and method of distortive dispensing processing. There is provided an apparatus comprising two or more distortive dispensing chips each having an accommodation part capable of accommodating a liquid or gas in its interior surrounded with a wall surface, the wall surface at its partial area furnished with a distortive wall surface capable of distortion, and having an opening communicating with the accommodation part and permitting inflow and outflow of a liquid sucked and discharged by expansion and contraction of the interior through distortion of the distortive wall surface, and comprising a dispensing head supporting one or two or more distortive dispensing chips and adapted to, by distorting of the distortive wall surface of the distortive dispensing chips, perform suction and discharge of the liquid as for the distortive dispensing chips.
