Abstract
A piston-type variable road speed limit control device relates to the field of transportation, machinery and electronics and comprises five parts installed on a road lane, namely, a piston-type speed limit ridge mechanism device (1), a vehicle speed detection device (2), a speed limit controller (3), a speed limit display screen (4) and a power supply (5), wherein the piston-type speed limit ridge mechanism device (1) and the vehicle speed detection device (2) are connected with the speed limit controller (3) respectively, the speed limit controller (3) is connected with the speed limit display screen (4) and the power supply (5) respectively. When the running speed of a passing vehicle is lower than the limited speed of the lane, the piston-type speed limit ridge mechanism device is pressed down, and the vehicle passes smoothly; when the running speed of the passing vehicle is higher than the limited speed of the lane, the piston-type speed limit ridge mechanism device is uplift moderately to generate an obvious and safe bump for the speeding vehicle, and eye-catching ridgy speed limiting device visual warning and overspeed bump feedback are designed to act on a driver, in order to achieve vehicle speed limit traffic control via driving behavior control.
