Abstract
A baking oven, a method and a removal device (1) for continuously removing filled baked products (2) from baking molds (4) moved along a conveying surface (3) and for continuously conveying the baked products (2) to a dispensing surface (5), said removal device comprising a rotational frame (7) which is mounted such that it can rotate about an axis of rotation (6), can be driven and, if necessary, is driven, wherein a first removal element (8) which can rotate with the rotational frame (7) is provided on the rotational frame (7), the first removal element (8) being mounted such that it can move, in particular about a first pivot axis (9), relative to the rotational frame (7), and wherein a second removal element (12) which can rotate with the rotational frame (7) is provided on the rotational frame (7), the second removal element (12) being mounted such that it can move, in particular about a second pivot axis (13), relative to the rotational frame (7), and the first removal element (8) and the second removal element (12) forming, in pairs, a removal gripper (14).
