Abstract
A sliding-plug movement mechanism device based on virtual linear movement guide rail and for sliding-plug door. The main mechanism of the sliding-plug movement mechanism device is a mechanism ACBD converted from a double-linear guide rail mechanism with virtual constraints, the link length of AC of the mechanism ACBD is equal to the link length of BC and also that of CD respectively, the link BCD comprises three revolute pairs located in the same line, an angle BAD is 90 degrees, a swing rod (1) and a polished rod carrying slider (5) are connected with each other through a revolute pair A, a roller (3) can move along the direction of AD, a point B on a link (2) and a carriage door (4) are connected with each other through the revolute pairs and can constantly perform a sliding-plug movement perpendicular to AD, the upper and lower parts of the carriage door (4) are provided with pulleys (9, 11) that can move along guide rails (10), the mechanism ACBD and the carriage door (4) are integrally connected with the polished rod carrying slider (5) through kinematic pairs A and D so as to move together, the polished rod carrying slider (5) is connected with a nut slider (8), and by means of the movement of a screw rod (7), the opening and closing movements of the carriage door (4) can be realized and also the transfer of a load of the carriage door onto the screw rod (7) can be avoided; compared with the prior art, the mechanism cancels the use of short guide rails and yet can still perform an precise linear sliding-plug movement along the imaginary short guide rails, and furthermore, the mechanism is simple in structure, flexible in movement, convenient to control, low in cost and high in reliability.
