The present application provides a pre-heating control method and system for a three-way catalytic converter, and a vehicle and a storage medium. The pre-heating control method for a three-way catalytic converter that is applied to a hybrid vehicle comprises: when the temperature of an exhaust pipe of a hybrid vehicle is lower than a first temperature threshold value, sending a first operation instruction to a high-low voltage conversion module; the high-low voltage conversion module outputting a first operating voltage according to the first operation instruction, so as to start pre-heating a catalyst in a three-way catalytic converter; acquiring operation data of the hybrid vehicle; when the operation data meets a switching condition, sending a second operation instruction to the high-low voltage conversion module; and the high-low voltage conversion module outputting a second operating voltage according to the second operation instruction, and stopping outputting the first operating voltage, so as to stop electrical heating. By means of the pre-heating control method and system for a three-way catalytic converter and the vehicle and the storage medium provided in the present application, two operation modes can be provided by means of a digital control instruction, such that when the temperature of an exhaust pipe is relatively low, electrical heating can be performed on a catalyst in advance by using a traction battery and by means of a high-low voltage conversion module.
