A large energy company is seeking a Patent Attorney with 3 to 7 solid years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. After the first few months of preparing and prosecuting patent applications, the attorney will be assigned to a specific business unit where they will be responsible for a wide range of patent matters, from prosecution and portfolio development to transactional matters and client counseling.
