Keith Ross & Associates, Inc. is conducting a search on behalf of a Midwest law firm that has significant experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology industries. Our client is seeking to hire a highly motivated patent attorney to render various opinions; monitor patent issuances, published patent applications and certification by other generic pharmaceutical companies; obtain patent rights and approval strategy; intellectual property litigation support; counseling to generic drug companies & start-up companies; FTO, validity & infringement analysis; ANDA approval & exclusivity in preparing for filings to FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Office of Generic Drugs.

Requirments
Registered patent attorney with minimally three years of pharmaceutical patent law experience; strong opinion writing skills, familiarity with Hatch Waxman pharmaceutical cases; intellectual property litigation support; advanced life sciences degree preferred; registered as an attorney with a state bar.
