Description

Senior IP Attorney, with ideally 5 to 12 years of experience. The attorney will be responsible for all IP matters for one key business unit. Responsibilities will be diverse: drafting and negotiating a variety of IP agreements; counseling senior management and General Legal Counsel; working with inventors in preparing applications and supervising the preparation and prosecution of outside counsel; advising on infringement issues and overseeing patent litigation; and conducting due diligence studies in support of acquisitions.

Requirments

Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent. Electrical Engineering will also be considered. Located in a suburban setting with competitive salary and benefits, including a performance incentive plan.
