Patent Prosecution Paralegal

Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic patent prosecution paralegal to join a busy and stable firm in Denver. Responsibilities for this position will include: drafting documents; conducting searches and research; and managing files and client contact.

Requirments

Qualified candidates will have a background that includes: (1) at least 2 years of recent patent experience; (2) Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail; (3) Ability to manage a high-volume desk; (4) Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients; (5) Proficiency in Foundation IP (or similar software), Word, Excel, and Visio; and (6) Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate.
