IP Counsel

We have been retained exclusively to recruit an IP Counsel with Chemistry degree and demonstrable knowledge of patent law to join other IP lawyers in the Legal Dept of an outstanding WA employer. Reports to the Chief IP Counsel.

Minimum of 7 years in-house or law firm experience, or combination, working with sophisticated business and engineering internal clients in the areas of agreements, advice and counseling, licensing, litigation management and in patent preparation and prosecution. Member of a State Bar (WA not required but highly desirable) and USPTO required. Undergraduate degree in Chemical/Chemistry required. PhD not required.
