Description

This is a highly visible role involving daily interaction with the senior management team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s global legal function and provide business-oriented legal support and recommendations to officers and other senior management. The company is offering a strong compensation package competitive with the market and commensurate with experience. The position is bonus eligible and includes a long term incentive program. This is a national search and a relocation package will be provided.

Requirments

The successful candidate will have 12 – 15 years’ broad-based legal experience in dealing with sophisticated legal issues in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, global business setting. The candidate will have demonstrated experience handling IP Litigation (patent infringement) and IP transactional matters. In addition, the candidate will have broad based corporate transactional responsibility including strategic M&A.
