Description
Ideal candidate will possess a book of business and have significant experience in the areas of prosecution, copyright, trademark, trade-secret and trade dress and intellectual property law, including opinions, and general counseling related to trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. Experience with U.S. as well as foreign trademark, copyright and trade dress counseling (protection and procurement), TTAB proceedings and Appeals is a plus. Must have great experience and proficiency in advising clients on large trademark portfolios. USPTO registration reqiuired.

3. California Bar members.
4. Registered with USPTO
5. TOP AM 100 law firm experience.
6. Excellent educational background and transcripts.
