Description
The Silicon Valley office of a global general practice firm is looking for a junior to mid-level IP Litigation Associate with outstanding academic credentials and an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree, and/or related industry experience to handle patent litigation. Responsibilities may also include trademark, trade secret and unfair competition litigation, as well as some trademark prosecution. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on significant responsibility and to be part of a well established practice.
Must have a minimum 1 (solid) years of patent work experience. Experience:1 to 6 years
