TRG Customer Solutions is expanding our sales force. We are fast-growing, hard-working, and focused on building the very best business in the industry.

TRG is located in the RIDC Business Park near the Robinson Township area of Pittsburgh metro.

We are hiring 30 Full Time Sales Professionals with excellent customer service skills to support the AT&T Campaign in taking inbound phone calls. Candidates will be required to handle inbound phone calls to resolve issues and offer sales solutions. Ideal candidates should be motivated, self-confident and possess excellent communication skills and sales ability.

Candidates must be available to work 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Various shifts are available. We offer paid training at $11.50/hr and in production are eligible for bonuses of up to $1000 a month. Opportunities for raises start after 3 months of employment up to $13.50/hr. Candidates are required to complete all of the applicable employment testing and training.

Tasks:
Accept inbound phone calls from customers regarding their accounts
Answer customer questions and address customer concerns as well as offer AT&T and affiliate products on every call
Enter changes, notes and other records of interactions and transactions into the appropriate databases
Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain established acceptance rating on quality monitoring
Excellent attendance and schedule adherence is critical
Previous experience in both sales and customer service

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Active listening skills required

Sales aptitude
6 months sales experience STRONGLY preferred
Customer service oriented

Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
