Dr. MaryAnne Armstrong has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1995, working with inventors and technology transfer offi ces, including the NIH technology transfer offi ce, for the preparation of patent applications in the fi elds of immunology, pharmaceutical chemistry, biotechnology, organic chemistry, assay and drug screening systems, medical
devices and plant patents.
Dr. Armstrong has extensive experience in foreign prosecution in both WIPO member countries and non-member countries, and prosecution of patent applications before the USPTO, including preparations for appeals and appearances before the Board of Appeals and interference practice.
