A method of treating a steel tubing with a coating to resist corrosion includes passing a steel tubing through a trough of molten zinc-aluminum alloy. The method additionally includes establishing a magnetic field with an electrical current and adjusting the electric current to adjust a thickness of zinc-aluminum alloy coating on the steel tubing.
