Abstract
A pigmented cosmetic stick composition comprising, by weight of the total composition: 1-40% of a volatile nonaqueous solvent having a viscosity of 0.5 to 5 centipoise at 25.degree. C., 20-80% of a first nonvolatile oil which is a C.sub.12-22 fatty ester of citric acid, 1-35% of a second nonvolatile oil, 1-30% of a wax having a melting point of 30 to 135.degree. C. which is an ethylene homopolymer or ethylene copolymer, 0.1-25% of particulate matter having a particle size of 0.5 to 200 microns; and wherein the total amount of nonvolatile oil present in the stick is greater than about 31% by weight of the total composition.
